I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, facing Kendrick road and within walking distance to both the university and town center. The staff went above and beyond to help us, from booking for ourselves and disabled relatives to even solving a small issue we had. The rooms were more than adequate, though if they had a fridge, microwave, and kettle, it would have been even better.

The staff were lovely and friendly, helping us all the way from booking to our interactions at the reception, bar, and with the cleaners. They really made our stay special.

The location was excellent, especially for those attending the Reading Festival. Being able to store our large bags while we were away made everything so much easier. It was within walking distance to important areas and felt safe.

Despite the room being very hot and facing towards the sunrise, the hotel provided an electric fan, and the room had all the facilities I needed. There were plenty of blankets available. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who even provided a live internet local weather report and helpful assistance throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to a Tesco Express and not far from the city center. However, the presence of spider webs, dead spiders, dust, and strange stains in the hotel premises was somewhat off-putting. The dining experience was satisfying, offering wood-fired pizzas and a variety of continental breakfast items. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money.
